Bio

Daniele Cervigni starts playing guitar at the age of 8. By listening to his older brohter’s albums, he became passionate about the Italian singer-songwriter and then he discovered the Rock groups like Beatles and Led Zeppelin. He has approached jazz music together with guitarist Augusto Mancinelli. In 2010, at the end of the three-year Jazz school, attended at the Pergolesi Conservatory in Fermo, wrote a biographical thesis “The life and works of guitarist Augusto Mancinelli” as a tribute to his master.

He has improved his jazz guitar studies with Fabio Zeppetella; furthermore He took part in the masterclasses of Jonathan Kreisberg, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Franco Cerri, Franco D’Andrea and in seminars in Siena, Nuoro, Perugia and Fara Sabina.

In 2017 he concluded with full marks the two years Jazz Conservatory in Fermo.

In 2018 he recorded the "Emily Dickinsongs" album. One of the most important collaborations was with Fabrizio Bosso for the ISMEZ project.
